About the artist
Spanish by birth, Madrazo moved to Paris in 1930; in the following decade, he designed a series of posters promoting many of the Spanish dancers and performers in Paris. Later on he made cubo-expressionistic works. Museum Thyssen-Bornemisza owns a superb work of him.
